At SafeBox Company, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are fully covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
